Cooper is getting so big and thinks he is too. We did find out this week though what he is allergic to that makes his whole body swell and turn literally like a lobster.... Split Peas. He is not allowed to eat them anymore. He scared his Mom and Dad way too much. At least for now this is all he has to avoid. We love this little guy

He is so smart and fun to be with. His favorite words are: Happy, puppy, daddy, hold me, help me, baby, and me for (monkey) his stuffed animal he sleeps with. He also says more and please in sign language.

Dogs are his favorite thing in the world. He could watch dogs all day long and still not get enough. He also loves vacuums, brooms, tools and anything he can push around. He is also really good at playing catch.

He loves to laugh-sometimes it is fake, but he has a really cute cheesy grin. Also his dimples are still as cute as ever.

Cooper is a climber though. He can get anywhere he wants to. He is also constantly on the go. Nan and Grandma have to tie their cupboards closed when he comes because while you are cleaning up the mess he made from taking everything out of one he is already two or three down the row.

We are so proud of Cooper and are so happy that he is ours!!!!!!

Well now that we have a working computer maybe we will keep up on the blog, don't anyone hold their breath.
We are all doing well. Cooper is getting so big. He is five months old and pretty much crawling. He is such a good baby. I am back to work so Cooper goes to Grandma's and Nan's a couple days a week. We are all just really glad that he is a really good baby and pretty much goes with the flow.
He is so perfect and we love his so much.
We are just getting into the hunting season. Deer hunt this month then my elk hunt in September then deer hunting again in October. How fun!!!

Well Cooper finally arrived on March 2, 2010 at 11:22 pm by c-section. We labored for 16 hours and ended up with the section. He was 21 1/2 inches long and weighed 8 pounds 6 ounces. He has a good amount of hair and was/is really healthy.

Our computer isn't working right now so we can't get any pictures on it so as soon as we do we will post some.

We are doing well. My incision is getting better after being infected now for 3 weeks. I am so ready to have it heal.

Nesting

I think the nesting phase has kicked in. I am wanting to rearrange the entire house, clean carpets, painting doors, hanging light fixtures, and cleaning the entire house. The only bad part is that I can't do it all on my own so poor Brad hears, "We need to do this, this, this, oh and this all by tonight." We still have few things on my list so we should be busy for the next while.

Then there is Malli and she is so confused. She knows something is going to be happening, but you can tell she is just confused, plus with paint and carpet cleaning she has been locked up downstairs which she is wondering about too.

We are getting excited to start getting things for him and getting ready. Just under 7 weeks!!!!!!

Well our anniversary went well. We went to lunch and a movie and just hung out. It was really fun. I think it might be the last time in a while we get to do that.
We are also getting a little anxious for the baby to come. we still have 2 months but we are starting to get things ready for him and it is really fun.
Brad likes to feel him move but if he is moving too much he gets a little wigged out. He said if feels like an alien inside of me. It does feel more weird to feel him with my hands than just feel him inside me.

Our Pregnancy

Well for those who may not know since we never update our blog we are expecting!! YEAH. We are due Feb 25th and are really excited. The closer it is getting the more anxious I am getting. We are excited to meet our little Buddy! We haven't had any complications with the pregnancy so we are very happy with that. Brad is pretty excited because he is going to have a little hunting buddy.

Our 4 year anniversary is coming up in two weeks. We can't believe that it has already been 4 years. Our Christmases will never be the same after this year because we will have a little one for next year.

We are so glad to finally be done with school for sure. I found out last night that I passed my final board so 4 for 4!!!!! I am so relieved I am done. Now all I need to do is apply and get my license and then find a job which might be pretty difficult, but at least I can actually practice and try and find a job!!! We are so glad we can stop jumping through hoops!!!!!

I am so excited by tomorrow at noon I will be done. I have passed 3 of my four boards and I am taking my last one tomorrow. I won't get the results for four weeks but I will be done. It feels so good I can't wait!!!

Well we found out today who drew out for the limited entry elk hunt. It was Brad. We are really excited. This is Brad's dream hunt. Jeff also drew out for a limited entry pronghorn hunt. It will be a fun year.

Well today as I was looking at our online banking I noticed that either Brad or myself had drawn out for a Limited Elk hunt. We called the wildlife division,but they are not disclosing the draw information until the 30 so except that the state took the money for the draw that is all we know. We don't know who. We are so excited. Brad says he will be so upset at me if I drew out. That would be sweet to draw a moose then to draw an elk the next year. I do hope though for Brad's sake that it is him. We will have so much fun this is awesome. We are very anxious to find out. The hunt is in September and we will be going to beaver to scout a few times before that.

Brad and Facebook

Brad is so funny he started a facebook account a couple of days ago. He is obsessed. I think it is funny. Brad says I should make an account and I said maybe later. He says I don't want to start one because I have made fun of him. Which is kind-of true. Maybe I will start one after school. Brad is hilarious though he has played on it a lot. He is having fun though. We are doing well and school is coming to an end. I am so excited. I think Brad is too. We are sick of jumping through hoopes and are ready to be done. YEAH!!!!!!!!! I am so glad and I know Brad is too. My National Board is over. I don't know if I passed, but it is over. I hope I never have to take it again so in other words I really hope I passed. It feels really good to have one out of the way. It will take 6-8 weeks to get the results. I still have 3 more to take in May.

Time flies

Well I can't believe it is almost November. Time is going by so fast. This fall we spent a lot of time in the field hunting. So far this year we have only been able to get my moose which was a blast. Brad is still hunting in Montana though so I hope he is able to get an elk or a deer or both. We are sad to see the hunting season come to an end, but can be excited for next year. Brad and I are both really excited for the snowmobiling season. Brad rides a Yamaha Apex and I hope I can get a new sled. I want a Yamaha phazer. We will see. This semester is coming to an end, and I am not sad about it one bit. I am so excited to graduate and be done with school. The time is going fast though.

Moose hunt

Last weekend was pretty fun. We had no intentions of getting a moose on Saturday, but it just so happened we did. We hadn't seen a moose except a cow and calf coming out of the canyon one night. It was really fun. We parked at the hardware ranch parking lot. We got ready and headed toward Pole Hollow Spring. On our way up the trail we saw a lot of deer and a heard of elk. It was cool. There was like a 5 point bull. We kept heading up and went up Pole Hollow. We hadn't seen anything while scouting, but this road closed in two days and we wouldn't be able to hunt up it for the hunt. We had been riding for a total of maybe 20 minutes by the time we saw our first moose. We saw a cow and a calf. It was fun and gave us hope. The moose were in the rut so we knew there would be one close. We kept going up the road and about a mile up the road there he was. Brad spotted him so fast. We had barely came around a bush and brad stopped. We all put up our field glasses to confirm it was a bull. We were sure it was, but made sure. I jumped out of the rhino and grabbed Jeff's gun(I used his 7mm) We decided not to get excited because we probably weren't going to shoot him. We got closer to him. It took us a little while to decided if I should shoot him. I finally decided to shoot him and just as I tool my safety off he walked. We could not see him anymore. Then some idiots came up the trail and were saying things like oh they left in a hurry. There stuff is thrown everywhere. Then for some stupid reason they shot a 22. Morons. Anyways, Pa then decided to walk around the hill for me so he could scare the bull out. While he was walking around we saw 2 cows. We didn't even know they were there. It was cool though. Pa walked all the way around to the moose and the bull wasn't scared of him and wouldn't stand down. We heard Pa start yelling and shewing them like cattle. It was funny to listen to. Finally the cow ran and the bull followed. I got my scope on him and my dead rest ran out. I hurried and threw out the bipod and realized it wasn't tall enough I didn't know what to do. Brad ran over and lengthened then for me. I shot. I knew I had hit him. You could tell by the sound of the bullet. But, he kept running. The cow stopped to pee. he was following her. Then Brad saying shoot hinm again. We need to get lead in him. Pound him. I couldn't see him anymore so I stood up. I shot again. I swear I hit him, but he dinen't even react. We lost sight of him becasue he was lower than us on the hill over. Brad grabbed my gun and said come on. We ran down the hill a little and watch the cow come out of the bottom. I got ready to shoot again, but the bull never followed. Oh, crap now I wounded him and we are going to have to track him. He probably ran down the gully. we waited and nothing. Brad started to walk down around to see if he could scare him back up the hill. Pa came out of the bushes and we were all talking. Where did he go? Brad asked me if I knew I hit him. The first time I answered I knew I didn't, but as he didn't come out of the bottom and brad kept asking I wasn't sure anymore. I stood there waiting. Kelton then walked over the side of the hill a little to see the hillside better. There he was. Kelton spotted him. We all then walked down to him. He was dead. he had dropped just where we couldn't see him anymore on the hill side. It was awesome. We took pictures and everything. We caped him out and quartered him. We were lucky that we were able to drive the rhinos and four wheeler up. Brad and I drove the head out with the 4 wheeler, papa and devan drove our rhino out with the front quarters, and Pa and nan and kelton drove theirs our with the hind quarters. On the way out it broke nan and pa's tail gate. We got him out and took the meat to to meat locker. Then we took the head to my dad's to put in his deep freeze at work. It wasn't fitting so we needed to cut a lttle more off his neck. As Pa and Brad were cutting it off the girl doing the kennels came out and walked by. My dad said we are trying to save this one. We all started laughing. It was so funny. Then he said I don 't think we are going to make it. The next sunday we got the head out and took it up to the taxadermist. i am exctied to get it back. It will be a blast. It was so fun. Thanks you for all that went and helped. Pa, Nan, Papa, Brad, Devan, Kelton, Dad and all those that supported and were excited for me.

Well, school has started again and I feel a lot better about it than last year. I haven't taken any tests yet though.
Brad as been going to go to Wyoming for work for three weeks and now they moved it back yet again and now he will be gone all next week during my once in a lifetime moose hunt. Figures. I am very thankful to have brad as my husband. He is an amazing guy and I love him very much. He works really really hard and I know he is tired all of the time, but he keeps going. I wish we could just get this Kemmerer job done though.
All the hunts are coming up and it is going to get busy. We are really excited though.

Montana

We went to Montana this last weekend to scout for Brad's elk/deer hunt. It was very beautiful. We loved to so much up there. It was so fun. We went with Brad's family, and we had a blast. We saw a lot of animals. We saw moose, elk, deer, bear, and many more. We saw a lot of elk and some big bulls. It was so fun we were able to have three bucks and a doe walk to us and came about 50n yards away. It was awesome. We also ran into a huge herd of elk 100-150. It was so cool. We are so excited to go back later this year for the hunts. We are also excited to make this a family tradition and go every year.

Our Summer Vacation

In May we went with Brad's parents and sister's family to Cancun Mexico. We had a lot of fun. It was really hot and humid, but we really enjoyed it.

We finally are getting up with the times

Hey, Well we finally got high speed internet and so now we have e-mail and even a blog. Hopefully one day it will be a cool one.
Brad pretty much works all day everyday, but has a couple elk and deer hunts lined up. I am waiting to go back to school to finish my last year of Dental Hygiene school, and also have a moose hunt lined up. We'll get some pictures of the animals we get after we get them.
